Shots rang out just after 2:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Rand and Westmoreland Streets.
A 21-year-old male was rushed to Temple University Hospital in critical condition having been shot in the leg and shoulder.
A second male, age 27, is listed in stable condition after being shot in the upper leg.
Police say two suspects were seen fleeing the scene.
