The incident happened at around 1:00 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of Spyglass Drive in Whitpain Township.
Reports say that the child was conscious when transported, but is still listed in serious condition.
The child was flown to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
The view from Chopper 6 HD showed a screen lying on a deck directly beneath an open window.
