Wilmington home gutted by fire

A home in Wilmington, Delaware was gutted by fire on Tuesday morning.

The flames broke out around 7:45 a.m. in the 500 block of Jackson Street.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire in the second floor, with smoke coming out of the two adjoining homes.

The fire was placed under control in about a half hour.

Three people were being helped by the Red Cross. No injuries have been reported.
