Man sought in domestic incident surrenders

Delaware State Police say a man sought for forcing his ex-girlfriend into a car and driving off with her has surrendered.

Forty-year-old Joseph Callahan of Dover surrendered Thursday and was charged with robbery, burglary and other offenses. He was released on $15,150 secured bail.

Police say early Tuesday, Callahan entered a home and forced his ex-girlfriend into his car in the driveway. Troopers say he drove off and demanded money from the victim.

She said she didn't have any money, and police say Callahan drove her back to the home, where he broke out the window of her car before fleeing.
