Surveillance video released of serial robber

Police in Philadelphia and Bensalem, Bucks County are asking for the public's help finding a serial robber.

They released surveillance video on Friday of a man who robbed 10 7-Eleven stores in the Northeast and four in Bensalem since September 2009.

In each case he walked in, pulled out a gun, demanded money and left.

Detectives say the suspect may be regretting his actions.

"This male was in regular streets clothes and goes to the teller and says 'I'm sorry for robbing you in the past' and actually gave him money and wanted to give him money in exchange for robbing him," said Lt. Ray Evers of the Philadelphia police.
