The shooting happened around 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of West 4th Street.
Upon arrival, police were directed to the location of an unconscious victim who had been shot.
The victim was taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
