Northampton County Deputy Coroner Kelly Gillis says 29-year-old Ankit Patel, of Upper Nazareth Township, was found dead near a cellular phone tower in Stockertown Wednesday afternoon. State police say Patel's death appears to be an accident but an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
A missing-person alert was issued for Patel by Upper Nazareth police on January 21.
