Man critical after N. Philadelphia shooting

Police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a man in North Philadelphia.

It happened just before 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of North Van Pelt Street.

Police say a man, about 48-years-old, was shot in the chest, back and shoulder.

He was taken to Temple University Medical Center in critical condition.

No arrests have been made.
