2 ejected in Wilmington crash; driver faces DUI charges

WILMINGTON, Del. - May 22, 2011

Police say it was around 1:33 a.m. Sunday when 25-year-old Ean K. Fuller was driving a 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe at a high rate of speed in the 800 block of south Market Street, near the Wilmington City border.

Fuller then lost control of the vehicle, veering off to the left side of the road and striking a dumpster, causing his vehicle to overturn several times ejecting both of his passengers onto the roadway.

Both victims were taken by medics to Christiana Hospital and are in critical condition. They are identified as Sharlett C. Younger, 29, and Levar W. Moody, 33 - both from New Castle. Police say the preliminary investigation suggests that Younger and Moody were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

According to police, the vehicle is registered to Younger.

Fuller received minor injuries in the crash and faces DUI charges.
