The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Route 413 near Ridgeview Drive.
Police say a 65-year-old Forest Hills, New York man was participating in a bike rally from New York to Quakertown, Pennsylvania when he was struck by a pickup truck.
The driver of the truck fled the scene.
The victim was taken to Doylestown Hospital, where he died less than an hour later. His name is not being released until family is notified.
