It's not always easy to eat healthy and exercise when you're traveling, but a pilot program at Philadelphia International Airport hopes to help.

Independence Blue Cross sponsored a health fair inside the terminal on Thursday.

Travelers and airport employees learned exercises they can easily do while at the airport or at a hotel.

They also had tips on how to eat healthy on the go.

"We're trying to take our message out to the people, and there are a lot of people here, so we want to interact with them," said Linda Taylor, Senior VP of Independence Blue Cross.

While the health fair was just for one day the new kiosk will stay.

With it, people can get health tips and count their steps.

They can also map a walking route if they have time to kill and calories to burn.
