Authorities say a Pennsylvania woman accused of vehicular homicide in the death of her teenage son has been charged again with driving under the influence.

Christa Logue was allegedly drunk when she crashed her van in August on Interstate 79 near Edinboro, killing 14-year-old Joshua Gibson.

The Erie Times-News reports Logue had been released on unsecured bail before she was pulled over July 1 for driving under the influence near Pittsburgh.

Brackenridge police say Logue was speeding, drifting in and out of her lane and failed to obey a stop sign.

Logue faces a bond revocation hearing Monday stemming from the new charge. A phone message left for her attorney was not immediately returned.
