Troopers have obtained a warrant charging 22-year-old Ryan W. Anderson of Pennsville, N.J. with robbery.
Police say Anderson was arrested Wednesday in Pennsville after officers there recognized him from surveillance photos taken at M&T bank in Wilmington.
The bank had been robbed Monday by a man who gave a teller note demanding money.
