The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of New Street.
Police say the victim, Tre L. Davis, was found shot at that location and rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Coatesville Police Department and the Chester County Detectives say they are pursuing multiple leads.
