You'll need a permit to hunt Bigfoot

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - March 29, 2012

That's the message two National Parks Service rangers had for Matt Pruitt.

He was cited by the rangers when they found him leading a Bigfoot expedition at Buffalo National River in Arkansas.

Pruitt tells a local paper that he has paid a $525 fine.

About 30 people paid him up to $500 apiece to look for the big, hairy fellow.

Pruitt says he may have heard some Bigfoot sounds and might have caught a glimpse with a night vision device.

Pruitt promises he'll file the needed paperwork before the next Sasquatch search.
