At Calm, clients can choose among a Swedish relaxation massage with chocolate aroma therapy oil, a mango therapeutic sports massage with a mango-ginger foot scrub, or a session of Reiki with guided relaxation.
Other spas and wellness centers are offering services as diverse as facials, pilates sessions, microdermabrasion and teeth whitening.
And Paula says these tough economic times are actually the best time to treat yourself.
