5-year-old Daquan Tucker was found in good health at a friend's house.
Authorities say Tucker was first discovered missing around 8:00 Saturday at the McCreesh Recreation Center at 67th and Regent streets.
The child's mother searched for the young boy and was unable to find him - and that's when she notified police.
Officers searched several vacant blocks, homes and buildings in the neighborhood. A K-9 was also brought in to assist in search efforts.
Authorities also say the child suffers from ADHD.
Detectives are still investigating and interviewing residents and family.
