Authorities say they seized 13 guns, including several assault weapons, two cars and $9,000 in cash.
They also found bags of cocaine, crack, heroin, marijuana and prescription drugs worth tens of thousands of dollars.
"We targeted those areas because they were some of the areas of the worst gun violence," said Chief Inspector Cynthia Dorsey of the Narcotics Bureau.
Officers joined forces with the FBI for the operation.
