Philadelphia police and narcotic agents served warrants Tuesday night at Jim's Steaks, located on the corner of South Street and 4th Street.
55-year-old Nathaniel Danny Cyrus of the 2000 block of Dickinson Street is charged with possession with intent to distribute.
There is no word yet on what type of drugs Cyrus is accused of selling.
The investigation had been ongoing.
