It happened just before 5:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West Lincoln Highway in Exton.
Police say a vehicle crashed into the rear of the trailer in the parking lot of the Tires Plus business.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
West Whiteland Township Police are investigating.
