Jason Dixon was last seen at his residence Monday at 11:15 a.m.
Authorities say Dixon suffers from mental illness.
He is described as 5'11" tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Dixon has a tattoo of "Jason" on his left arm and "Dixon" on his right arm.
