Sigel, whose real name is Dwight Grant, was arrested after a traffic stop on I-95 back in August 2012.
State Police say he was carrying codeine syrup and prescription drugs.
They also say they found a loaded handgun in the car.
Sigel was a passenger. The driver, Gerald Andrews, was also arrested and charged.
Both men waived their right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
The case now moves to Delaware County court.
