It was around 9:00 a.m. Wednesday when two deputies went to a home in the 1900 block of E. Cambria to oversee that eviction.
Two movers were removing items from the home when a man approached and said he wanted to get his possessions from inside the house.
Police say those deputies explained that he had to go through a process to retrive his items.
That's when, police say, that man got into a fight with the movers and the deputies intervened.
During the scuffle, two men who were standing nearby allegedly also got involved in the fight.
One deputy suffered a cut over his right eye and a bruise over his left eye. One of the movers suffered an injury to the face.
The two men who allegedly got involved in the fight, Mark M. Jones and Gregory Raheim Scippio, were arrested and charged with simple assault.
However, the man who started the incident got away and remains at large.
