Reverse 911 call in Port Penn, Delaware was accidental

Delaware State Emergency Management officials say a reverse 911 call that went out to residents of Port Penn, Delaware was an accident.

The call went out around 9:30 a.m. as the reverse 911 system was being tested.

That's when a call accidentally went out to residents saying there was a radiation leak on a ship anchored in the Delaware Bay.

Emergency Management officials say they will send out a retraction.
