Murder charge for Berks County motorist accused of deliberate crash

READING, Pa. - May 1, 2013

Thirty-two-year-old Bradley Wolfe of Reading is charged in Berks County with third-degree murder and other counts in the Sept. 5 crash in Reading.

Prosecutors allege that he told his wife that he was going to kill them both moments before his car crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle, killing 24-year-old Lance Quinones and injuring his 7-year-old stepdaughter.

Defense attorney Allan Sodomsky told The Reading Eagle before Wednesday's arraignment that the crash was an accident and his client is sorry for the victims' injuries.

Wolfe said "I'm very sorry" as he was being taken to county prison.
