The blaze broke out around 1:30 a.m. on the unit block of Watkins Avenue. Firefighters arrived to heavy flames showing through the roof of an older model home.
Flames could be seen from Route 202 and crews had to close Naamans Creek Road to the Delaware State Line.
So far, no reports of any injuries and no word on what sparked the blaze.
