It happened at 9:30 a.m. Monday outside a deli at the intersection of Nedro and Mascher Streets.
Police arrived to find two people with gunshot wounds.
Medics took a 24-year-old woman to Einstein Medical Center. She had been hit in the ankle.
A man was also taken to the hospital, with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
There was no immediate word on the condition of either victim.
Police have made no arrests. An investigation is underway.
