The woman is identified as 24-year-old Alishia Eller of Pine Grove, Pa.
The discovery was made around 7:00 a.m. Saturday near Mussleman and Beagle roads in Bethel Township.
Police say her body was in the area at least 24 hours before the discovery.
They say her death appears to be suspicious.
A cause of death has not been determined.
