Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker announces big plans for upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Wednesday was Mayor Cherelle Parker's first official day in office and one of her first orders of business included making some big plans.

She announced that the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service will be the biggest celebration yet in Philadelphia.

The holiday is on January 15.
