Caribbean festival heats up Penn's Landing despite grey skies

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The countries that make up the Caribbean were celebrated with a giant festival at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing Sunday.

Guests browsed handmade crafts and stations from local vendors, enjoyed Caribbean-inspired performances and munched on authentic food.
