Police serve water ice, pretzels in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police officers patrolling the 16th District spent some quality time with the residents they serve Thursday night.

And serve they did!

The officers doled out free water ice and pretzels along the 5100 block of Reno Street in West Philadelphia.

They were kept busy as kids and parents lined up for the tasty treats.
