Suspect wanted for stabbing man in wheelchair, Philadelphia police say

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a man in a wheelchair was stabbed Wednesday night.

It happened around 4:15 p.m. on the 1400 block of Chew Avenue.

Police say a 34-year-old man was in a wheelchair when someone stabbed him in the neck.

He was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

It's unclear what sparked the attack.

No arrests have been made.
