Investigators released more videos on Thursday in an attempt to identify the people involved, some of whom they believe came from other states.
Investigators are actively working to identify the people and vehicles in these videos to prosecute everyone involved and seize the cars.
Video obtained by Action News shows a large crowd gathered in front of City Hall, which has previously been a meeting point for drivers doing burnouts and stunts. At one point, cars were spinning around a ring of fire.
One of the drivers involved in the meetup allegedly struck an officer's car while attempting to flee the scene.
Police are searching for a second vehicle involved in the crash but said they don't have a description yet.
