The victim has been identified as Phillip Costango, 32, of Wilmington. Investigators say Costango was shot around 3:00 a.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of N. Locust Street.
He was rushed to the hospital where he died.
So far, police have not named any suspects or a motive in the case.
