According to police 9-year-old Lillyanna Ramires and 3-year-old Martin Angel Rosales may be headed to Sacramento with 34-year-old Martin Cisneras Rosales and 30-year-old Amber Schenck. Police say the adults took the children on Wednesday.
They were last seen driving a Dark Blue 1980's or early 1990's Ford Mustang. The car may have Nebraska plates or a temporary plate.
