Police say an officer noticed an argument between three men outside a Dunkin' Donuts near the corner of MacDade Boulevard and Springfield Road when one man drew a gun, shot the other two, and then fled on foot.
Numerous police officers scoured the area searching for the gunman, but he remains on the loose.
Both males were taken by ambulance to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital.
Police say the men were arguing about drugs and marijuana was found at the scene.
Investigators are looking at surveillance video from the Dunkin' Donuts for clues.
