One moment they were celebrating a milestone, the next they were dead.

A Lancaster County couple is dead and their daughter is hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash on the way home from the daughter's college graduation.

Five other people, including a

truck driver and four children in a minivan, were also hurt.

Authorities say Jay Good and his wife, D. Jean Good, were returning home to Lititz when the accident occurred about 4 p.m. Sunday on Route 222 in Maidencreeek Township. The parents, both 58, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Goods' 21-year-old daughter, Jacy, had just graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown. She was taken to Reading Hospital and underwent surgery late Sunday. Her condition is listed as critical.
