It happened in Southwest Philadelphia at a storage facility in the 6200 block of Paschall Avenue around 6:30 a.m.
Police tell Action News the driver lost control, crossed Paschall Avenue and hit the building.
The driver fled from the scene and police are trying to find that person.
Officials from Licenses and Inspections are going to inspect the building to make sure it is safe.
