The president of Drexel University is celebrating the joys of fatherhood one day before Father's Day. Constantine Papadakis bestowed a bachelor's degree on his only child during Drexel's commencement ceremony on Saturday.

Papadakis' daughter, Maria, graduated from Drexel's LeBow College of Business.

She is one of more than 4,500 students receiving degrees from the private university in Philadelphia.

But there won't be much time for a family celebration on Saturday.

President Papadakis is continuing his tradition of personally congratulating each graduate with a handshake - a task likely to take up most of the day.
