Teens arrested in home invasion

Two teenagers have been arrested following a home invasion robbery in Wilmington, Delaware.It happened Thursday afternoon at a home in the 700 block of Edgemoor Road.

Police say they got a 911 call from a 14-year-old girl inside, saying someone had just shattered a window and come inside.

The girl locked herself in a bedroom and waited for police.

An officer pulled up, and noticed two black males fleeing the home. Both were arrested.

The teens, identified as Shachael Wallace, 14, of Wilmington and Sakee L. Lloyd, 16, of Wilmington were taken back to Troop 1. Police say they pair didn't realize the home was occupied, and never came across the girl inside.

The stolen items, which include a laptop computer, digital cameras, paintball guns and computer disks were returned to the victims.

Both Wallace and Lloyd were released on a $6,000.00 unsecured bond.
