NORTH PHILADELPHIA - June 15, 2009
The shooting happened at about 4:30 a.m. on the 100 block E. Willard Street.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are interviewing a number of witnesses, but so far there's no word on a suspect or a motive.
