Firefighters were called to the Lone Star Restaurant in Talleyville about 2:15 p.m. Monday and brought the fire under control within 45 minutes.
Investigators say the fire started in duct work from the kitchen grille near the roof area. The fire was contained to the roof area and surrounding structure, and no one was injured.
Damage was estimated at $100,000.
