It happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in front of the Aramingo Diner in the 3400 block of Aramingo Avenue.
Police say a small white car struck two males were were getting into their car.
The driver of the striking vehicle then got out of his car and fled on foot, leaving the injured pedestrians lying in the street. That driver remains at large.
Those injured were taken to Aria Hospital - Frankford.
