Today at approximately 5:30pm a female Jug (a combination of a Jack Russel/Pug) was stolen from Pets Plus in Delran, New Jersey.
A Pets Plus spokesperson says the dog may go into a hypoglycemic shock due to the fact that she is not receiving the special diet she was placed on.
Her food consists of chicken and rice with nutrical. Nutrical is specialized nutrient for smaller breeds which need special attention for food intake.
The dog weighs approximately 3 1/2 lbs and it is imperative that she be returned to the store, in order to receive proper care.
Store owners say the thieves were two teenage girls who fled in a van.
