Suits from names like Paul Stewart, Burberry, Brooks Brothers and Joseph Abboud. Sportcoats from the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino and Polo.

They're all for sale this weekend and upcoming weekends in the former Magarity car dealership in Chestnut Hill, at amazingly low prices.

"Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., we've got amazing suits and sportcoats," explains Suit Up sale organizer Steve Shaifer. "Suits for $40, sportcoats for $30. A ton of people come through (last weekend) and we have a ton of donations from high-end manufacturers and Wall Street people, so we have a lot of suits to sell."

Isaac Gatling of Mount Airy shopped at the sale last weekend.

"Tremendous deals, great buys," he said of the sale. "I picked up some great buys for myself and my family. Some very good-condition Brioni suits, Armani sports jackets."

Proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Hibiscus Children's Center in Florida. The sale will continue every weekend until only a few hundred suits are left.

Those will be donated to DePaul USA, a local organization that helps formerly homeless men like Steve Lee transition back into the workplace.

Lee said those suits will help him and other clients make a good impression during job interviews.

"With this suit drive and people really showing their concern, it really inspires me to step up and become productive," he said.

The sale hours are 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The sale location is 8200 Germantown Avenue in Chesnut Hill. For additional information, Call Steve Shaifer at 561-707-1880.
