Progress on NYC river sewage spill; park reopening

Progress was reported Friday on repairs at a Manhattan wastewater treatment plant that disgorged millions of gallons of raw sewage into the Hudson River, and New Jersey environmental officials said there appeared to be no impact on the shore and shellfish beds there.
