$10,000 reward offered in robbery-turned-murder

The City of Philadelphia is offering a $10,000 reward for information about a murder earlier this month.

It was around 11:12 p.m. on the night of January 9th when the victims were approached by two suspects.

One of the suspects was armed with a gun and demanded their property.

During the robbery, the gun went off striking one of the victims in the abdomen, critically injuring him.

The victim was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

The suspects fled in a dark-colored pickup truck and fled in an unknown direction.

The suspects are described by police as:

Suspect #1 Black male, dark complexion, 19-22 years-of-age, thin to medium build, wearing a dark hooded jacket and dark jeans, armed with a handgun
Suspect #2 Black male, light complexion with facial hair, 18-22 years-of-age, medium build, wearing a dark color hooded jacket and light color jeans
