Eagles RB D'Andre Swift surprises patients at Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift surprised patients at Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children Tuesday, and he brought gifts.

Swift teamed up with Dunkin' for the visit, which included plenty of free donuts.

Cooper Savoy, 14, who is a patient at the hospital and an Eagles mega fan, was surprised with a jersey and tickets to the New Year's Eve game against the Arizona Cardinals.
