Gunfire erupts inside N. Philly lounge

February 22, 2009 The crowd inside of The Chill Spot, located in the 2800 block of Ridge Avenue, was spilling out into the street when police arrived around 2:00 a.m.

Gunfire then rung out inside of the bar, striking a man at least twice. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital. There's no word on his condition.

Additional police arrived and brought the crowd under control. Police are interviewing several people that were inside of the lounge.

So far there have been no arrests made.
