Independence Mall (WPVI) -- Former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush were the recipients of the 2018 Liberty Medal and the National Constitution Center.

Former Vice President Joe Biden presented them with the awards, and praised them for the work they have done with veterans since leaving the White House
